This position will be an individual contributor, responsible for engineering and maintenance operations of all the sites to ensure a high standard of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixtures, and equipment in all the facilities. Achieve total employee satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of resources.

Assists in the supervision and helps to lead all maintenance processes and operations
Experience on operation & maintenance of HT, VCB, UPS & DG Sets.
Experience in understanding & execution of electrical distribution systems.
Works to ensure operational efficiency of Electrical & Mechanical equipment’s/systems.
Maintain all electrical & mechanical machinery to ensure its at working standards.
Prepare, implement and ensure compliance with all maintenance procedures (SOP).
Follow and implement safety policies and procedures.
Maintain the inventory and minimum spares availability at all the time.
Aids in the preparation, tracking of expenses and overseeing budget expenses.
Experience with the operation & Maintenance of Building Management System (BMS)
Experience with the operation & Maintenance security surveillance systems (Access control & CCTV system etc.)
Identification and implementation of energy conservation initiatives.
Liaise with government agencies as necessary to ensure statutory compliance.
Monitor energy consumption and design methods for conservation and optimization of energy
Aids in managing facilities preventive, predictive and break down maintenance of all utilities
Sound technical skills in HVAC, Chillers and M&E Equipment’s.
Assists with modification/project works in the facility and managing the office space.
Works alongside soft services and in support of the EHS, Admin & Security activities.

Example:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with Eight years of experience in facilities operations.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Modification works/Projects.
Should have 11KV or 33KV supervisory license.
