Brief Job Overview
HR Coordinator for the Benefits and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) areas within the Global People and Culture (GPC) team. Responsible for the global administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefit programs. Updates and maintains benefits and employee life cycle changes.
How will YOU create impact here at USP?
Set up of vendors in Oracle for purchase orders (PO)
Liaison between legal and HR teams for contract management
Reconciles discrepancies between payroll file and benefits census
Helps manage benefits eligibility and feedback files with vendors
Billing/invoice – consolidated billing
Responds to employee benefit questions as needed including insurance, and other benefits
Assists Sr. Benefits Administrator with global wellness activities
Assists with maintenance and responds to requests in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Updates distribution groups in Outlook
Contract maintenance in HRIS for contingency workers
Maintenance of software licenses
Updates organizational chart
Uploads job descriptions into HRIS and Job Description repository
Who USP is Looking For?
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration
2-4 years of HR administrative experience
Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Desired Preferences
Post graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources
Knowledge and experience with HRIS/HRMS Software
Experience with vendor management
