Description

Key to this role's success as the HR analytics technical lead is the ability to glean and deliver insights as compelling stories to business leaders. A focus of this role will be conducting research and providing results for a fast-growing employee listening effort.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support the development of a people analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap.

  • Assist with the end-to-end analytics process, including cleansing and wrangling structured and unstructured data, designing, and building people analytics dashboards, data visualizations and predictive models that highlight key insights to help clients make informed business decisions related to human capital issues.

  • Collaborates with HR and business teams to understand business needs and advise on data and analytics opportunities.

  • Designs frameworks to connect business and people data together to identify and solve complex business problems and deliver an impact on people's experience, performance, and culture.

  • Enables the success of org initiatives (DEIB, Talent Acquisition, etc.) by generating and presenting actionable insights, and identifying gaps and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members across geographies, both national and international.

  • Lead and expand our Employee research / Employee Listening practice analytics.

  • Drive the enhancement and evolution of our data warehouse and product infrastructure.

  • Provide requestors with strategic and tactical reports that will allow them to make informed business decisions.

  • Identifies opportunities to evolve analytics capabilities/products and creates a culture of continuous improvement to refine and enhance existing capabilities.

  • Upskill and peer mentor HRIS team on data analytics.

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field with an IT focus.

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years combined experience in people analytics, data science, or other related disciplines.

  • Proficiency with SQL and Python/R, statistical methods such as linear/logistic regression, predictive modeling, and machine learning.

  • Subject matter expert in workforce & organizational HR data and metrics.

  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven experience turning data into actionable insights and narratives through identifying interdependencies between data and outcomes.

  • Good understanding of workforce data technology and common people & employee experience platforms.

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work independently, and possess strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects streams.

  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of staff.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or education such as a master’s degree or advanced certification in Business or Management preferred.

  • Experience working with One Model and/or UKG.

  • Experience working in a globally dispersed organization.

  • Demonstrating exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive people's data.
