Brief Job Overview

(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner is a key mission enabler at USP and we’re seeking an exceptional processed minded and focused recruiter to join our team. Our new team member will partner closely with Director, Talent Acquisition and U.S. based team to lease hiring managers through the full lifecycle recruiting cycle supporting the global recruitment efforts within our Corporate Headquarters (U.S.) and Global locations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Latin America (LATM) regions. We are looking for talent who possesses prior proven global recruiting experience, enhancing existing processes to meet the everchanging business demands and partnering with various stakeholders across the HR/TA team and throughout the organization.

The successful (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner will have strong depth of experience with recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), strong relationship management, and networking skills, be acutely customer-focused, articulate, and demonstrate initiative in all aspects of work. Organizational awareness, ability to use sound judgment and sharp assessment skills are necessary qualities to the succeed in developing the USP experience for those internal and external customers.

How will YOU create impact here at USP?

  • Conducts full lifecycle recruiting for assigned global searches beginning with a strategy meeting with the hiring manager to discuss process and strategic sourcing approach.

  • Executes agreed upon recruiting strategies and actively sources candidates.

  • Creates an effective sourcing strategy based on business needs and identify diverse candidates slates through standard and creative methods.

  • Evaluates the resumes of prospective candidates and determines degree of skill match; recommends or declines appropriately and forwards qualified candidate resumes to the hiring manager for review.

  • Tracks candidate activity from initial resume submittal to hire in the applicant tracking system (ATS) utilizing proper dispositions.

  • Coordinates receiving and evaluating of interview feedback and advises hiring manager in the final selection process.

  • Collaborates with the HRBP, Compensation & Benefits and others as needed in establishing salary recommendations.

  • Checks references, verifies educational credentials, and coordinates background investigation of selected candidate; negotiates and makes verbal and written offers of employment.

  • Works with colleagues to prepare weekly reports to monitor recruitment activity, tracks vacant positions, recruiting strategies/sources, and costs.

  • Will lead day to day immigration efforts, partnering with outside legal counsel and internal counsel and employees to facilitate the visa and green card processes.

  • Ensure Talent Acquisition is consistently audit compliant.

  • Other HR projects/duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience demonstrated in HR operations; corporate recruitment environments and/or HR strategic project management capacities.

Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience demonstrated in HR operations; corporate recruitment environments and/or HR strategic project management capacities.

In addition:

  • Prior global experience recruiting in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Experience managing and influencing vendor relationships; to include RFP process.

  • Prior oversight or participation in projects that impact Talent Acquisition.

  • Strong analytical skills and proven experience developing/refining recruiting related reporting and analytics.

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver who can work within ambiguity.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, as is familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Additional Desired Preferences

  • Prior recruiting experience within Bio-Pharmaceutical/Technology, Pharmacy industry.

  • Strong knowledge and experience working with USAID funded programs is beneficial.

  • Experience working with global mobility placements; including immigration processing.

  • Experience working in a Matrix Management Structure and environment
