The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) Training Coordinator (Contract End Period 06/2024 ) in Hyderabad, India
Description
Develop training artifacts that:
Support the project needs
Provide enhancement of knowledge/skills of staff for their specific roles in use and support of the new system
Document the plan for training staff
Support gathering and evaluation of information from staff and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training
Attend project meetings and use the knowledge to prepare and coordinate future training sessions
Aide in informing staff, including project team members, of scheduled training and track required training progress
Assist in holding regularly scheduled standup meetings with the training project team to track project
Co-design curricula with SMEs and Learning & Development management
Curate existing content for identified learning audiences
Assess curricula for gaps throughout the project lifecycle
Develop training wireframes and/or content in alignment with identified training gaps
and accurately depict the proposed and improved new way of working
Validate content with appropriate stakeholders
Aide in the development and delivery of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) agenda and materials as necessary/applicable
Develop a learning deployment plan
Track delivery of learning content
Work with the Quality, Business, and Learning team to upload and store training materialsBasic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree level education or equivalent experience. Four (4) years of experience in a training role will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the life science, healthcare, or technology field.. Preferred Qualifications
