Brief Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing key day-to-day operational Documentary Standard development pipeline and capacity support. The incumbent in this role will actively manage the documentary standards pipeline of work and align it to the available capacity. They will design dashboard visuals including Tableau and/or other data representations and create the data connections necessary to support key metrics and other USP goals. The incumbent will also collect and analyze capacity metrics to better answer decisions surrounding workload assignment and resource planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels, including members of Science and IT teams.

How will YOU create impact here at USP?

• Actively manage Documentary Standard Pipeline health by strategically assessing:

o Case prioritization.

o Capacity management.

o Risk and risk mitigation plans.

o Bottlenecks, identify and reducing within pipeline.

• Tracks Documentary Standard development by:

o Monitoring work in USP business systems at key stages.

o Creating and distributing reports on Documentary Standard pipeline development health,

including KPI and other metrics.

o Aligning DS & RS processes.

• Develops and/or identify data required for use in the management and direction of programs.

• Conducts studies of employee/organizational efficiency and productivity and recommending

changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods, and procedures.

• Collaborates with leadership teams to support plans, strategies, and initiatives.

• Serve as primary Point of Contact questions and concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree, and/or 3-5 years’ experience

• Basic experience in data analysis or reporting

• Capabilities in workflow and capacity management
