Senior Human Resources Coordinator
Summary of the Position
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator partners with the Global Human Resources team for general HR administration which may include, but not limited to supporting HR information system (HRIS) and Learning and Development activities. Additional administrative duties include tuition reimbursement program, workshop logistics, budget and invoice processing, and other general HR department support as assigned.
Roles and Responsibilities
Performs some complex and routine HR operational duties such as maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into the HRIS that spans the entire employee life-cycle.
Helps maintain data integrity through cross-checking procedures associated with data entry to ensure system is accurate and complete.
Escalates non-routine HRIS inquiries and issues accordingly.
Creates routine and ad hoc reports using HRIS reporting tools.
Maintains employee files through creation, ongoing management and file retention procedures.
Performs employment verifications in accordance with organization guidelines.
Arranges and coordinates logistics for onsite and offsite Learning & Development courses, programs and workshops, including technology set-up (i.e., workshop set up, order catering, order/print/bind materials, secure meeting space, program communication, tracking and reporting).
Administers the tuition reimbursement program to ensure use within organizational policy; ensure program compliance with all laws and regulations; processes applications, tracks employee usage and provides quarterly reporting to L&D head, explains/reviews policy and process to employees applying for the program.
Administers third-party learning portals (e.g., TMA Country Navigator and Borderless Workplace; LinkedIn Learning).
Processes contracts and POs and tracks payment of vendor invoices, reconciles AMEX; tracks monthly financials and ensures reconciliation.
Assists HR team with various special projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years relevant experience in an administrative role. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Intermediate working knowledge with MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proven ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and effectively
