Brief Job Overview
This is a non- supervisory, professional position responsible for developing, reviewing program management activities in the area of Digital communications, media engagement. Develop digital marketing and communications strategies and support global RPO Communication function, and also support other relevant communication activities for USP SA region. The incumbent in this role will be involved in strategic program development and engagement of both Internal and external stake holders to advance USP's mission and strategic goals in the region. The Incumbent will work with communication & marketing partners ( PUT marketing teams) to build impactful digital campaigns, coordinate development of campaign assets, manage campaign execution & provide insights. The profile will work with other team members of RPO communication, Global Communication & the approved global Communication agency.

Advocacy & Communications:
Collaborate with Marketing leads to identify digital opportunities , that drive strategic marketing goals
Define campaign strategy & objectives aligned to digital goal for the division
Manage digital campaigns across paid, earned & owned channels, including e-mail, display, paid search & social media
Work closely with USP approved global Comm agency on budget management, timing , tracking creative campaign development as & when needed
Work with marketing partners in respective PUTs to implement campaigns & obtain alignment & necessary approval from stakeholders
Communicate campaign performance & share insights & analysis with RPO regions
Identify new digital communication trends & opportunities for improvement in USP RPO communication.
Manage External agency for relevant marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices & participate in trainings to continuously evolve USP's digital goals
Develop & direct content development to promote USP thought leadership on priority issues; copy & images to be written & designed for social media posts, email campaigns, video production & collateral; content to comply with USP Global Communications guidelines
Develop & manage media opportunities to create greater awareness of USP thought leadership & advocacy efforts; identify & nurture relationships with key trade & business media outlets in South Asia;
Produce & manage internal/external events to support stakeholder engagement on USP advocacy efforts; develop & disseminate content that highlights insights from the events, when applicable at south asia region level
Develop & evolve thought leadership messaging for USP priorities in the South Asia region; tailor enterprise messaging on USP priorities for the region;
Ensure that the campaign tactics align with USP voice and other Brand guidelines, and campaign content is of high quality.
Identify digital trends and opportunities for improvements, execute data driven marketing strategies to derive insights to aid business
Create new marketing platforms like microsites, new social media platforms etc. for advocacy and new business opportunities by expanding USP's reach in the global regions

Who USP is Looking For?
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:
Masters in business marketing / Digital marketing & Communications/ Brand Management/
Minimum of 8-10 years for the Senior manager, 6 years for the manager of the experience in Digital marketing, with atleast last 4 years as relevant experience, preferably in pharma or health care sector.
The candidate should have good written and communication skills in the English language.
Additional Desired Preferences
Additional qualifications in Digital Communication / corporate communications will be an advantage.
Digital savvy with an aptitude for learning software technology quickly.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the pharmaceutical / Chemical Instrumentation space.
Possess an understanding and knowledge of brand strategy and planning in line with the Organization Goals.
Own and deliver the annual marketing plan
Leading the Marketing communication, function with focus on social media, engaging/creating opportunities in print and electronic media
Has the ability to develop marketing collaterals and communication tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
