Job Duties:

  • Develop custom solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and client requirements.

  • Leverage effective communication with project managers, business teams and other developers on projects to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.

  • Work with Salesforce product suite including sales, service, and marketing clouds, as well as the force.com platform to develop solutions to internal client requirements.

  • Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and automations.

  • Automate business application process. Transform and integrates data.

  • Develop strategic accelerators on the force.com platform. Conduct unit-testing and defect resolution.

  • Identify areas of improvement and functional gaps in Salesforce applications. Create and maintain technical documentation including process documentation, naming and commenting conventions and Salesforce policies/procedures.

  • Evaluate, install, and administer AppExchange applications. Collaborate with technical design and documentation.

  • Provide post-production support. Execute full lifecycle deployments from development to sandbox production.

Job Requirements:

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a software development related occupation.

Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a software development related occupation.

Position requires two years of experience in the following :

  1. Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Web Services, Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, and Pardot;

  2. Data transformation and integration using SOAP and REST API;

  3. Salesforce automation tools (Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flows, or Validation rules);

  4. Develop enterprise-level salesforce.com projects utilizing waterfall and agile methodologies throughout the lifecycle;

  5. Salesforce.com configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and security settings;

  6. Designing and developing software components;

  7. database design; and

  8. Integrating salesforce.com with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools including ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting.
