Brief Job Overview

Seeking a non-supervisory, mid-level engineer with experience in the development and configuration of SharePoint sites, leveraging the Power platform environment to enhance engagements between USP and its volunteer body. Incumbent will actively collaborate with stakeholders to integrate and implement 3rd

party applications with various M365 platforms, and support deployments at USP.

How will YOU create impact here at USP?

  • Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform and/or Sharepoint

  • Supporting the provisioning of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) environments

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions

  • Analyze processes to leverage Power platform tools for process automation and optimization

  • Advanced knowledge of M365 applications

  • Ensure awareness of and support adoption of M365 roadmap and new tools, capabilities, and potential use cases

  • Functional knowledge of M365 CoPilot implementation and use

  • Stay up to date with the latest M365 features and trends

  • Conduct workshops, build use cases, presentations, demonstrations, and other documentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Power Platform, Sharepoint, and other M365 platforms to teammates and stakeholders

  • Providing support services to user receiving Incidents and requests from ticketing system

  • Escalating issues to vendors and managing tickets to resolution

  • Provide technical insights and guidance to users throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Other tasks as assigned

Education Level

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related science discipline from an accredited college or university

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of work experience of M365 development and support experience in an enterprise environment

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Power Platform development and integration

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong business-to-technology translation skills

  • Process development and optimization skills

  • Project management skills with attention to detail

Additional Desired Preferences

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate

  • Experience with performing as a M365Administrator role

  • Experience with crafting custom M365 tools and capabilities, including Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and PowerBI visualizations

  • Experience creating custom connectors in Power Platform

  • Ability to work with SharePoint governance

  • Ability to work on SharePoint migration

  • Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts

  • Knowledge of Power Platform licensing plans and features
